The marine initial and boundary conditions come from the Copernicus Marine Environment Monitoring Service (CMEMS) “Mediterranean Sea Physics Reanalysis”. The output 3D variables are salinity, water temperature, eastward current velocity (u_velocity) and northward current velocity (v_velocity), while the 2D variable is the dynamic component of sea surface height (ssh).
